The programme aims to provide learners with the language competency in academic contexts which will enable their pathway to further high-level tertiary study. It sets out to further advance the learners’ skills of speaking, listening, reading and writing that will enable them to undertake independent learning at a post-graduate, Master’s and doctorate level.
